I do not wish to scare anyone away from his quest to lose weight by claiming that physical activity is mandatory for weight loss.

Every glass of water we have instead of a soft drink or any other commercial beverage is a piece of this puzzle

Every piece of fruit we have instead of an industrial sweet product is even more, probably a few pieces of a puzzle together. A home exercise program is more sustainable for people with busy lives than regular gym visits.
