Shipments and returns

How long before my order is processed and shipped out?

For Domestic orders, we typically process and ship out your order the same day if made before 3pm CST. All International, APO/FPO and PO Box orders requires 1-2 business days to process prior to shipping out of our facility. Natural disasters and severe storms which limits our shipping carrier to operate or pick up from our warehouse may cause delays.

What is the status of my order?

Your order status will be available after 24hrs after your order has been placed. Simply click on the "My Account" link at the top of every page and log into your account to view information about your order.

Do you ship to addresses WorldWide?

We ship to all over the world. 

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

When a customer enters an incorrect address our shipping carriers (usually UPS) will charge us an $15.00 fee to locate the correct address so the package can be delivered. We will pass this charge on to the customer. This occurs very rarely and we will always attempt to contact the customer first before we ship the package if the address looks questionable.

We cannot be held responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address such that the package is shipped to another person/address and cannot be recovered. We will have to charge you the full order price again if you want the order ship to the correct address. We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes that are out of our control.

What if my package is returned back as undeliverable?

If we send a package through our shipping carrier (usually UPS), and they are unable to deliver the package to you after multiple attempts, then UPS will charge us a fee (usually the cost of a typical ground shipment charge, from $5-15) to return the package to us. We will have to in turn charge that fee to the customer.

We encourage customers to always double-check their shipping address and be aware of any tracking information we send via email. All customers will be sent an email with a tracking number shortly after their product leaves our warehouse.

What if I refused my package?

If we send a package and arrives at your door and is refused. This instance will be treated as a "product return" and your money will be refunded for the purchase price of the order minus the original incoming and outgoing shipping charges incurred to ship your package. If you received free shipping, we will deduct the appropriate shipping charges incurred to ship your package and refund the difference.

International Buyers - Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Black Hairspray does not collect duties or taxes and is not responsible for these charges if your country will be charging duties and taxes to receive your order.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Any package refused and sent back to Black Hairspray will be issued a refund after deducting the outbound and inbound shipping costs of the package.
